Afghanistan signs oil extraction management Chinese organization

Afghanistan's Taliban-drove organization has marked an agreement with a Chinese organization to separate oil from the Amu Darya bowl and foster an oil save in the country's northern Sar-e Pul region.
The agreement was endorsed on Thursday by the acting Priest of Mines and Petrol Sheik Shahabuddin Dilawar and the authority of Xinjiang Focal Asia Oil and Gas Co (CAPEIC) in a function held in the capital Kabul.

Talking at the event, Dilawar said under the arrangement the Chinese organization will remove oil from an area covering 4,500 square kilometers (1,737 square miles) by and large in northern Sar-e Pul, Jawzjan, and Faryab regions.
"North of 3,000 neighborhood individuals will land positions in this venture," he said.
The Chinese emissary called the arrangement significant for the monetary development of the conflict-torn country and a positive step towards close relations between Kabul and Beijing.
"The Amu Darya oil contract is a significant undertaking between China and Afghanistan," Wang Yu said.
CAPEIC will put $150m a year in Afghanistan under the agreement, the representative for the Taliban-run organization, Zabihullah Mujahid, said on Twitter.
Its venture would increment to $540m in three years for the 25-year contract, he said.
The Taliban-run organization will have a 20 percent association in the task, which can be expanded to 75 percent, he added.
